Niagara County Planning Board
The Niagara County Planning Board is charged with reviewing proposed projects that fall within 500 feet of a municipal boundary, existing county or state park, right-of-way of a county or state road or highway, boundary of county or state land that contains a public building, or boundary of a farm operation within a designated agricultural district.
